About the role
I'm a Muslim content creator, entrepreneur, and educator — and I'm looking for a warm, proactive right-hand person to support me across everything I do. From running our book club to managing brand partnerships to showing up on Zoom — this role touches all areas of my work. I need someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and gets things done without needing to be chased.
What you'll do
- Manage email and inbox — keeping communications timely and organized
- Handle scheduling, planning, and keeping projects on track with clear deadlines
- Support social media — content planning, captions, scheduling, and engagement
- Research and manage brand outreach and partnership communications
- Host or co-host Zoom sessions — you'll be a warm, confident face of the community
- Coordinate our book club — author outreach, publisher relations, and session planning
You're the right fit if you
- Are deeply rooted in or connected to the Muslim women's community
- Are warm, outgoing, and genuinely comfortable on camera and in writing
- Take full ownership of tasks without needing reminders
- Communicate proactively — especially when something needs attention
- Have experience supporting a creator, educator, or online business
- Are organized, deadline-driven, and take pride in following through
